Palmarosa Oil (Cympobogon martini)
Palmarosa is particularly effective against bacteria responsible for intestinal infections. It stimulates cellular regeneration and tones skin, which makes it useful for minor skin infections, acne, wrinkles and general skincare for the face, neck hands and feet. A stimulating oil which is used for sluggish digestion and to stimulate appetite.

Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperata)
Peppermint is very useful for digestive upsets and has a positive effect on the stomach, liver, and intestines when massaged on these areas. It is used for combating the effects of colds and flu and has a cooling effect on temperature. Peppermint has pain-killing qualities. A warming and stimulating oil, it clears the head and aids clear thinking, deters mice, rats, ants and cockroaches.
Do not use if using homeopathic remedies, as it will act as an antidote.

Petitgrain Oil (Citrus aurantium)
Petitgrain shares many of the same qualities as Neroli but is less sedative in its effect. It is good for acne, oily skin, hair and dandruff. It has deodorant properties and is good for excessive sweating. It is used for mouth infections, sore throats and tonsillitis. A sedative and anti-depressant oil which is good for the convalescing or those feeling run down as it stimulates appetite.

Pine Needle Oil (Pinus sylvestris)
Pine is used for treating all coughs, colds, catarrh, sinuses and sore throats. It relieves muscular pain and is a deodorant. It is also used for sores and cuts. A stimulating oil, it deters lice and can help with fatigue and stress related conditions.
