Rosemary
Rosemary Oil (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Rosemary is an excellent brain stimulant and aids mental clarity. It
is used against colds, catarrh, flu and blocked sinuses. Used externally,
Rosemary is a heart, liver and gallbladder tonic and may also help
to reduce cholesterol in the blood. It has pain-killing properties
and is good for tired, stiff muscles. Rosemary can also be used for
acne, dandruff, greasy hair, it also stimulates the scalp. A very stimulating,
insect repellent oil which is especially effective against
lice.
Non-toxic, non-irritant (except in high concentrations) non-sensitising. Do not
use during pregnancy. Not to be used by epileptics. Not recommended for people
with high blood pressure.
